I had been needing an adjustment for quite a while when my mid-back pain drove me to see Dr. Valentine. After examination, it was determined that my neck was in bad shape and the cause of my pain. I have been treated by chiropractors in the past, but never followed an extensive program like this before. My mid-back pain was relieved after the first adjustment, with many other benefits occurring afterwards without me knowing there was even a problem. The biggest of which is the "release & awakening" of the left side of my face and jaw. I was, over time, losing control of the muscles around my left eye and the eye itself. After seeing Dr. Valentine, it now feels equal to the right eye. My jaw has also loosened up and is on its way to recovery, thanks to Dr. Valentine and chiropractic!

I have been a patient of Dr. Valentine since September of 2005. I had pain in my neck and arms and at first I came three times a week. After three weeks I had a great amount of relief, I was able to move my arm and extend it upwards. I then had two visits a week and improved every visit.       Fern Beecher first came into our office in December of 2003. Fern suffered from severe pain in her back, hips, and legs. Her pain had begun a while back and she considered it to be caused by arthritis and osteoporosis. Her condition only got worse to the point where walking became very difficult to do. Fern searched for help from other chiropractors but received no results. She turned to her primary physician and she didn’t seem to get any better.

        Brunilda Torres first came to our office in July of 2002. Brunilda suffered from Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, and Osteoporosis. She previously was seeking treatment from all sorts of physicians; orthopedists, neurologists, physical therapists and even different chiropractors, but she did not receive any kind of results. Instead, she did receive heavy prescriptions of medications. As time passed by, the pain prolonged.        I have been going to chiropractors for the past 5 years to get relief from my lower back and hip area. The other chiropractors adjusted and massaged the areas and even applied the "tens" unit on those areas. It just kept getting progressively worse. I was hobbling around like I was 80 years old and could barely roll out of bed, let alone put on my own socks... I’m  52. I was taking at least 12 Advil a day for my pain. My husband wanted a chiropractor closer to home, so he tried Dr. Valentine and he liked the adjustments. He said Dr. Valentine adjusted him sooooooo much differently than anyone else had done in the past. A month later, I tried Dr. Valentine. Boy, am I glad I did.

        Dr. Valentine told me I had a sciatic nerve problem... which the other three chiropractors did not tell me. He said he could relieve my pain and get me up and going. I just said, okay I'll try this again, thinking it really wasn't going to help much. Well, I was wrong... Within three months, I was 99% off the Advil and was actually moving without as much pain.

        It's been about ten months since I started being treated by Dr. Valentine. I get a little pain here and there, but no where close to the pain I was in ten months ago. I am now in "rehab" to get my muscles working better. With his great adjustments, his stretching machine, massages and now rehab... I am looking forward to being active again.

        Larry first came to our office May 15 of 2002. Larry came in because he was suffering from numbness, swelling, and aches in his wrists and hands which made him feel miserable. Some nights, Larry would be awakened by numbness in his left hand. The only way for Larry to stop the pain and fall asleep again was to sit in a chair with his hands dangling at his sides until the tingling stopped. Larry's pain started about 4 years ago because of work. Other doctors told Larry that he had a mild case of carpal tunnel and that his last resort was to have an operation... however, Larry did not want to do that. Larry heard about our office from reading a carpal tunnel ad in a newspaper, from which his wife called and requested information and then later, Larry scheduled an appointment to come to our office.

        After Larry's first visit, he felt that most of his agony was amazingly relieved. Almost all of the numbness in his hands and wrists was gone and Larry was able to move his neck more than he previously could. Now, after a few weeks of treatment, Larry says that almost all of the pain and swelling in his right hand has gone away. Larry says that he has regained the sense of touch in his left hand.
